摘要 Provided is a method to manufacture a wedge-type tension clamp to make structures tight and to improve a tensile strength comprising: a step of manufacturing molds including a moving-side mold and a fixated-side mold having a cavity corresponding to the main body for a wedge-type tension clamp; a step of setting the molds which mounts and sets the manufactured molds on a die casting caster; a step of combining the molds which closes the molds by moving the moving-side mold after a releasing agent is applied on an inner surface of the moving-side mold and the fixated-side mold when the molds are in an opened state; a step of pouring molten metal which inserts molten aluminum to a sprue of a sleeve installed in the moving-side mold; a step of multi-stage injecting which injects the molten metal one more time by additionally pressurizing it with an increased pressure after the injection of the inserted molten metal by pressurizing at low speeds; a step of ejecting a casting which opens the molds by moving the moving-side mold to an original position, ejecting a casting of the main body for the wedge-type tension clamp; a step of completing casting which completes a cast product of the main body for the wedge-type tension clamp by removing scraps from the casting and finishing the casting; and a step of assembling a finished product which completes the wedge-type tension clamp by assembling the cast product with other components.
