The present invention relates to a floor panel for a building which is installed on a floor in a building to effectively prevent inter-floor noise, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the floor panel for a building is installed on an upper side of a finishing mortar layer in a building, and comprises a support layer, a foamed layer, a resonant layer, and a protective layer. The resonant layer comprises: an upper layer in which two or more through holes are formed; and a lower layer in which two or more grooves are formed. |
