HARQ TRANSMISSION CONTROL METHOD IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest) transmission method with improved performance in a mobile communication system.SOLUTION: An HARQ transmission control method comprises the steps of: receiving a forward transmission resource allocation message; inspecting whether an HARQ control part (HARQ entity) is informed of a set forward allocation message after a transmission resource is allocated by a C-RNTI of a terminal in the same HARQ process; maintaining the HARQ process when the HARQ control part is not informed of the set forward resource allocation; and processing the forward resource allocation message with a new resource allocation message for transmission when the HARQ control part is informed of the set forward resource allocation.
