In particular, the present invention discloses a training system (1) that presents at least one training surface next to a training field (A) and that provided objects launching means (7) and an automatic collection arrangement of said training objects (6) played against said training surface (B), that includes objects displacement means (13) provided in a collection plane below the training area (A) and adapted so that they circulate in a single displacement direction. The present invention refers to a process for operation of a training system (1) that includes an automatic collection of training objects (6).
