PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell element and a solar cell module, which can reduce the occurrence of a PID phenomenon.SOLUTION: A solar cell element including a semiconductor substrate which has a first principal surface and a second principal surface lying on the side opposite to the first principal surface and in which an n-type semiconductor region is arranged on the first principal surface and a p-type semiconductor region is arranged on the second principal surface comprises on the first principal surface side of the semiconductor substrate: an anti-reflection film which is arranged on the n-type semiconductor region and has positive fixed charge; and a first passivation film which is arranged on the anti-reflection film and has negative fixed charge. And provided is a solar cell module including one and more solar cell elements. |
