A kinetic device is provided. The kinetic device includes: a first cylindrical wheel including magnetic pieces inclined with respect to a radial axis of the first cylindrical wheel and arranged so that a same magnetic pole of the magnetic pieces faces a side wall of the first cylindrical wheel; a second wheel including a first base, a second base, and center openings aligned with an axis of the first cylindrical wheel and are disposed at centers of the first base and the second base; a third wheel including a third base, a fourth base, and center openings aligned with the axis of the first cylindrical wheel and that are disposed at centers of the third base and the fourth base; and movable inducers including magnetic pieces, the movable inducers circumferentially arranged around the side wall of the first cylindrical wheel.
