Provided are: resin beads that, when added to, for example, a cosmetic material, provide the product with stable, high-level water repellency and oil absorbability, that have superior spreadability on the skin and no stickiness, and that further achieves excellent makeup durability; a method for manufacturing the resin beads; and various products with excellent properties using the resin beads. The resin beads, the method for manufacturing the resin beads, and various products with excellent properties using the resin beads, the resin beads characterized: in being obtained by suspension-polymerizing a monomer mixture including multiple monomers having a copolymerizable functional group at least in a condition where a non-polymerizable silicone compound is present; and in being resin particles having a roughened surface. |
