本发明涉及血清锌检测技术领域,特别涉及一种血清锌检测试剂,试剂R1中含有缓冲液、水杨醛肟、丁二酮肟盐、氟碳表面活性剂FSO-300、2,9-二甲基-1,10-菲咯啉、抗坏血酸、亚铁氰化钾、聚乙二醇6000、乙二醇、柠檬酸三钠、NaCl、防腐剂;试剂R2中含有缓冲液、二甲基亚砜、硝基-PAPS、氟碳表面活性剂FSO-300、抗坏血酸、亚铁氰化钾、聚乙二醇6000、乙二醇、柠檬酸三钠、NaCl、防腐剂。采用Tris缓冲液,添加稳定剂及多种抗干扰剂,可以有效去除铜、铁以及钙、镁等离子的干扰,显著改善了试剂的稳定性;并且添加的新型非离子型氟碳表面活性剂FSO-300,可促进血清锌的裂解,可防止反应体系浑浊,增强显色物质的稳定性,避免了除蛋白等预处理步骤,显著提高了试剂的灵敏度和稳定性。 |
