<p>The invention relates to a design method of a sampling unit used for equipment for preparing a concentrated solution at a low boiling point under low pressure. The sampling unit comprises a base body and further comprises a movable rod, a limiting pin, a sampling cavity, a sampling hole, a shaft sleeve and an equal-pressure cavity, wherein the sampling cavity penetrates through the upper side and the lower side of the base body, and the equal pressure cavity is constructed to be a column-shaped blind hole, so that the equal pressure cavity penetrates from the front of the base body and penetrates through the front and the back of the sampling cavity; the shaft sleeve is in interference fit with the equal pressure cavity, so the movable rod is matched with the shaft sleeve in an airtight sliding mode; the limiting pin is fastened to the movable rod, so the limiting pin is matched with the front and the back of the sampling cavity; a ventilated channel is arranged in the base body, so the head end and the tail end of the ventilated channel are communicated with the equal pressure cavity and external air respectively. When a solution in a boiler is sampled by the sampling unit, a concentration process does not need to be stopped, an upper cover of the boiler does not need to be opened, the solution in the boiler is taken out through the sampling hole of the sampling unit, pressure at two ends of the movable rod is balanced by means of the ventilated channel and resistance-free sampling of the movable rod is achieved.</p> |
