PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine which achieves quietness by reducing operation sound of a cooling fan, and also which enhances reliability of a cooling function of a control device.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes: an outer tub; an inner tub rotatably supported in the outer tub; a motor for rotating the inner tub; and a control device for controlling driving of the motor. The control device has a body, an accommodation part for accommodating the body, and a cooling fan for circulating air in the accommodation part, and during motor braking for stopping the motor rotating at 1,000 rpm or higher within 30 seconds, the cooling fan is operated at a rotational frequency higher than that in other cases. |
