PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content reproduction device which facilitates adaptive power saving control in accordance with the information of a content in the content reproduction device for reproducing a content including a voice and video.SOLUTION: The content reproduction device comprises: reproduction means for reproducing a content including a voice and video; and power control means for controlling the power for the reproduction means on the basis of reproduction unnecessity interval information indicating an interval in which voice reproduction is unnecessary and an interval in which video reproduction is unnecessary and the reproduction position of the content.
