A movable scaffold according to the present invention comprises: a main frame having a shape enclosing a prescribed space; three or more main legs extended downwards from the main frame and provided with wheels mounted on lower ends thereof; three or more fixed cylinders provided with an internal space vertically penetrating therethrough and fixed on the main frame; a stepping plate formed in a flat plate shape on which a worker can step and disposed on an upper side of the main frame; three or more lifting legs extended downwards from the stepping plate to penetrate the fixed cylinders; and an elastic spring mounted in the internal space of the fixed cylinders to apply an upward elastic force to the lifting legs. When an external force in a downward direction is not applied to the stepping plate, the lifting legs are supported upwards by the elastic spring to separate the lifting legs from the ground. When the worker steps on the stepping plate, the lifting legs are moved downwards and pressed on the ground. |
