PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain power saving, and curb secondary resonance.SOLUTION: Each of an upper side plate spring and a lower side plate spring provided respectively on an upper side of a lens holder and on a lower side thereof comprises: an inner peripheral side end that is fixed to the lens holder; an outer peripheral side end that is fixed to a stationary part; and a plurality of arm parts. The plurality of arm parts of the upper side plate spring and the plurality o arm parts of the lower side plate spring have the substantially same shape in a plane view. Each of the plurality of arm parts includes at least one folding U-turn shape part. One of the upper side plate spring and the lower side plate spring has at least one elastic and flexible resin that is provided at the U-turn shape part of the plurality of arm parts so as to stride at a mutually facing part. |
