PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow battery fixing work in a narrow place to be easily performed.SOLUTION: A battery fixing device of a vehicle according to the invention comprises: a base plate part 22 on which a battery 30 is placed below a shelf-like member 40; a presser plate part 24 for pressing the battery 30 on the base plate part 22 from above; a receiving part 26 connected to the back end of the base plate part 22, on which the back end of the presser plate part 24 is hooked; and a connection part 28 connecting the near end of the base plate part 22 to the near end of the presser plate part 24. The presser plate part 24 is configured to be held on the shelf-like member 40 not to obstruct placement of the battery 30 to the base plate part 22 in a state that the back end of the presser plate part 24 is hooked on the receiving part 26 and the near end is not connected to the connection part 28.
