PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form an easy-to-peal seal part, which is relatively low in peeling strength, on one or more longitudinal portions of dividing seal parts dividing the inside of a packaging bag.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a packaging bag includes a heat seal step in which a predetermined parts of two belt-like film materials 30, placed one above the other, in a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the materials 30 are heat-sealed by a pair of heat rollers. At least one heat roller of the pair of heat rollers is a heat roller 60 of irregular shape in which an area 61, where the distance between the rotation shaft 64 and the outer periphery 63 is relatively long, and an area 62, where they are short, are provided in different areas in a circumferential direction. The long areas 61 sandwiches the film material 30 with pressure relatively high and thereby a sealed part whose peeling strength is relatively high is formed. The short area sandwiches the film material 30 with pressure relatively low and thereby an easy-to-peal part whose peeling strength is relatively low is formed. Accordingly, this method solves the problem. |
