PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction device for providing much safer transaction even when guiding transaction with a voice.SOLUTION: The transaction device includes: terminal equipment having a voice output part for outputting a guidance voice for guiding transaction; and a medium processing part for receiving and/or ejecting a medium. The transaction device includes: inspection means for inspecting the state of the terminal equipment; transaction means for performing transaction processing using the terminal equipment; and medium processing control means for, when the inspection means detects the abnormal state of the terminal equipment during the transaction processing by the transaction means, controlling the medium processing part to continue the holding of the medium scheduled to be ejected. |
