PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a carbon nano-tube film.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a carbon nano-tube film includes a first step for preparing a plurality of substitute substrates 30 and transferring a plurality of carbon nano-tube arrays 10 to the surface of the plurality of substitute substrates 30, a second step for arranging the plurality of substitute substrates 30 in parallel, bringing the side face of a carbon nano-tube array 10 into contact with the side face of the adjacent carbon nano-tube array 10, and forming a carbon nano-tube array 80 bonded by intermolecular force, where the area of the bonded carbon nano-tube array 80 is larger than that of the carbon nano-tube array 10, and a third step for drawing a carbon nano-tube film 40 out of the bonded carbon nano-tube array 80. |
