An AMOLED display panel comprises an array substrate (1) and a color film substrate (2) that are in cell-assembly. The color film substrate (2) comprises an anti-reflection layer (21), a waterproof layer (24), a color film layer (22) and a black matrix (23). The color film layer (22) and the black matrix (23) are arranged on the same layer. The anti-reflection layer (21) is located at one side of the color film layer (22) and the black matrix (23) away from the array substrate (1). The waterproof layer (24) is arranged at one side of the color film layer (22) and the black matrix (23) close to the array substrate (1), or the waterproof layer (24) is arranged between the anti-reflection layer (21) and the color film layer (22) and the black matrix (23). The AMOLED display panel can prevent moisture from intruding into the AMOLED display panel, and is much lighter and thinner.
