The present invention relates to a micro-supercapacitor which has high energy density and output density due to a wide voltage range, and has an improved structure which allows the micro-supercapacitor to be stably operated though being exposed in the air for a long period. According to the present invention, the micro-supercapacitor comprises: a current collector; an electrode layer formed on the current collector; and an electrolyte layer formed on the electrode layer. The electrode layer includes a multi-wall carbon nanotube layer formed on the current collector. The electrolyte layer is a gel type which includes: polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA); propylene carbonate (PC); and lithium perchlorate (LiClO4). |
