PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device that prevents the occurrence of image defects and prevents chipping of the inner peripheral surface of a fixing film.SOLUTION: A heating device includes a ceramic heater 19, a heater guide 13 that holds the ceramic heater 19, and a fixing film 15 that rotates around the periphery of the heater guide 13. The heater guide 13 is provided with projections 28 and 29 that are arranged at least either one of the upstream or the downstream in the direction of rotation of the fixing film 15 with respect to the ceramic heater 19 to slidably support the fixing film 15 and have elastic members 30 provided on the respective surfaces thereof. |
