摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel power storage device in which anions can be involved, as a carrier, in an electrochemical reaction on a negative electrode side.SOLUTION: A power storage device 20 of the present invention includes a positive electrode 22, a negative electrode 23 and a nonaqueous electrolyte 27. The positive electrode 22 adsorbs and desorbs one or more among lithium, sodium and potassium. The negative electrode 23 includes one or more metals among magnesium, calcium and cerium. The nonaqueous electrolyte 27 includes: one or more cations among lithium, sodium and potassium; trifluoromethane sulfonate anions; and an organic solvent. A coat performing an electrochemical reaction with the trifluoromethane sulfonate anions may be formed on the surface of the negative electrode 23. The power storage device 20 may be a bidirectional battery in which cations on a positive electrode side and anions on a negative electrode side are involved, as carriers, in an electrochemical reaction.
