Disclosed are a first barrier of a cargo hold and a manufacturing unit thereof. The first barrier of a cargo hold according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a flat part; and a first longitudinal curved part and a second transverse curved part which are formed to cross each other in a shape protruding from the flat part, wherein the first and second curved parts have corrugation parts in the surroundings of the crossing part to be symmetrical to each other. Therefore, the present invention effectively deals with thermal stress caused by cryogenic fluid and efficiently performs performance prediction with respect to a fatigue load.
