Disclosed are a composite hollow fiber membrane and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the composite hollow fiber membrane minimizes the occurrence of pinholes/defects in a polymer membrane while having excellent water permeability and peel strength. The composite hollow fiber membrane of the present invention comprises: a tube-type reinforcement manufactured through an extrusion process; and a polymer membrane on an external surface of the tube-type reinforcement, wherein the tube-type reinforcement has a plurality of holes arranged in a predetermined pattern.
