According to the present invention, disclosed is a device for recognizing an ampoule tag and a cabinet system. The present invention comprises: an ampoule containing pharmaceutical products and having an RFID tag attached thereto; an ampoule cabinet including an RFID reader which reads RFID tag information of the ampoule; upper and lower antennas installed in an upper part and lower parts of inner space of the ampoule cabinet respectively and configured to receive a radio wave emitted from the RFID reader; and a radio wave shield layer formed on an inner wall surface of the ampoule cabinet to shield a radio wave emitted to the inside/outside of the ampoule cabinet. Therefore, a recognizing rate of ampoule tag information can be improved by reducing propagation loss and deflection and the like during transmitting/receiving and reading the data.
