The present invention provides a conductive transparent film. The conductive transparent film comprises: a base film; a polymer layer disposed on the base film; and a plurality of nano-wires, wherein at least a portion thereof is embedded in the polymer layer. Since the nano-wires are embedded in the polymer layer, separation by chemical modification such as oxidation or the like and mechanical friction or strain can be prevented.
