PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated thin film solar cell module which can achieve an integrated thin film solar cell module excellent in power generation characteristics and reliability by a simple composition.SOLUTION: An integrated thin film solar cell module comprises: a cell group in which a plurality of thin film solar cells are arranged in a series connection direction and electrically series connected; and a diode group in which a plurality of bypass diodes which are arranged adjacent to a side along the series connection direction of the cell group in the series connection direction and placed in an anti-parallel fashion with respect to one or a plurality of cells are electrically series connected. The cells and the bypass diodes are formed in a manner such that one or a plurality of layers in a laminated films where a surface transparent electrode layer, a semiconductor layer and a back electrode layer are laminated on a substrate are divided, and each bypass diode is electrically connected to the adjacent cell by either of connection of the surface transparent electrode layer of the bypass diode with the surface transparent electrode layer of the adjacent cell or connection of the back electrode layer of the bypass diode with the back electrode layer of the adjacent cell. |
