PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolution improving mechanism capable of improving resolution with a simple structure when giving minute displacement at a positioning stage and the like.SOLUTION: A resolution improving mechanism 10 includes a displacement input section 20 and a displacement output section 21, and scales down linear input displacement 100 given to the displacement input section 20 by a constant ratio by means of a lever mechanism 11 and a leaf spring mechanism 12, causes linear occurrence displacement 200 at the displacement output section 21, and thereby improves resolution of a measuring tool for measuring the input displacement 100. The direction of the input displacement 100 given to the displacement input section 20 may be made to differ from the direction of the occurrence displacement 200 occurring at the displacement output section 21. |
