PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge site stabilization treatment method at low cost, which is capable of performing a processing to solidify sludge which contains harmful heavy metals after absorbing organic toxic substances such as dioxin, and which enables selection of general purpose construction machines used at the site and sludge slurry transport facilities including a dredging pump used in the vicinity of the site, and which carries out a construction site preparation based on determination of the possibility of drainage at the site while preventing dioxin etc. from being flown out, discharged or diffused from the processing site out of the system to prevent expansion of environmental pollution.SOLUTION: The sludge site stabilization treatment method includes: a construction site preparation step to determine the possibility of drainage at the processing site, select applied mixing and stirring means and dispose the same based on the determination; an absorbent and fixation agent adding and stirring processing step to add additive agents to the sludge using an absorbent and fixation agent adding means disposed to the selected mixing and stirring means; and a site-curing step to cure improved soil which is obtained by the absorbent and fixation agent adding and stirring processing at the site or in a vicinity yard. |
