PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion secondary battery with low internal resistance and high reliability.SOLUTION: A lithium ion secondary battery of the present invention includes a solid electrolyte layer between a pair of electrodes. In the lithium ion secondary battery, the solid electrolyte layer includes titanium aluminum lithium phosphate, at least one of the pair of electrodes includes vanadium lithium phosphate, at least one of the pair of electrodes contains one or both constituents of titanium and aluminum, and the amount of the one or both constituents existing on a side opposite to the solid electrolyte layer is smaller than that of the one or both constituents existing on the solid electrolyte layer side. |
