PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home network physical layer analysis platform, method and computer program for receiving and analyzing information indicating the stability and performance of a home network physical layer configuration including a home network device.SOLUTION: The home network physical layer analysis platform includes: a collection engine for receiving information indicating the stability and performance of an existing home network physical layer configuration from one or more home network devices; an analysis engine configured to analyze the information such that whether or not a substantially network connection problem exists in a home network is identified, and to associate the information with a problem from among the set of predetermined problems; and communication means for communicating the problem to a user interface such that each user is notified of the problem. |
