PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control agent and an electrostatic charge image development negatively-charged tonner that uses the charge control agent and has high electrification performance, the charge control agent developing a sufficient frictional electrification property to toner and being for electronic photographs, being useful especially as color tonner and further pulverization toner and polymerization toner, increasing speed to raise electrification, having a high amount of electrification, having an electrification characteristic excellent in temporal stability and environmental stability, and on top of that being safe without a problem regarding the waste regulation.SOLUTION: A charge control agent contains one variety or two or more varieties of piperazine derivatives expressed by a general formula (1) as active ingredients. Toner contains the charge control agent. |
