The present invention relates to a user situation predicting system, a method thereof, and a recording medium for executing the method. The user situation prediction system includes: a database storing storage information including situation information and biometric information of multiple users and event information matched to the storage information; a sensing unit which is configured to sense the current status and the outside situation of the users to generate the situation information and the biometric information of the users; an analysis unit which generates sensing information including at least one of the situation information and the biometric information generated in advance, to analyze whether there is storage information of the database corresponding to the sensing information; and a providing unit which extracts the event information matched to the storage information from the database, when the storage information corresponding to the sensing information is detected in the database, to provide an prediction result according to the event information to the user.
