The present invention relates to a foot and leg exerciser and, more particularly, to a foot and leg exerciser having a tiptoe hitting function, which enables tiptoes around sides of facing big toes to be hit simultaneously when repeatedly performing an action of opening or closing both feet around the heels while a user sits down and lies, and keeps the heels of both feet close to each other. A foot and leg exerciser having a tiptoe hitting function includes: a base (110) at the side bottom of which a pair of rotary shafts (111) are installed; a foot rest (120) which is rotatably installed at the rotary shafts (111) of the base (110) and rotated such that both feet are opened or closed around the heels; and a driving unit (130) installed on the base (110) to drive the foot rest (120) for repeatedly performing an action of opening or closing both feet around the facing heels when the feet are closed, wherein the rotary shafts (111) are rotatably installed such that both feet are opened or closed around the heels while maintaining a state that the heels of both feet are attached to the foot rest (120), and the foot rest (120) is openly formed such that tiptoes around sides of facing big toes directly hit each other when closing both feet. |
