The present invention relates to a mooring apparatus to moor a floating structure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mooring apparatus comprises: a mooring wire of which the top end is connected to the floating structure and the bottom end is connected to a sea floor to moor the floating structure to the sea floor; and a collision preventing part which is installed on the outer surface of the floating structure to protrude to the mooring wire and separates the mooring wires from the floating structure to prevent the mooring wire from colliding with the floating structure. |
