The present invention relates to a system and method for controlling user access. The method is performed by a user access controlling system including a user command input function and a sound source output function. The method comprises the steps of: outputting sound sources in a plurality of different audible frequency bands when user access is sensed; receiving multiple pieces of user reaction information about the outputted sounds; and recognizing user ages by analyzing the user reaction information, and determining user access according to the recognized user ages. Accordingly, when user access is sensed in a place or harmful website requiring age restriction or a tubercular program on an online or off-line basis, user reaction information about sound sources of a plurality of different audible frequency bands is analyzed, so a user age band is recognized. Then, user access may be restricted according to user ages, so youths may be protected from a harmful place or harmful information. |
