Provided are an emergency rescue device of an emergency call system, and a method thereof, capable of generating a rescue activity guideline by restructuring an accident scene based on option information provided with basic information for a vehicle and a driver. The emergency rescue device of emergency call system according to the present invention comprises: a basic information obtaining unit which obtains the basic information including a position in which a vehicle accident is generated from the vehicle in which the vehicle accident is generated; an option information obtaining unit which obtains information for the vehicle at a time when the vehicle accident is generated, a prior time of the time when the vehicle accident is generated, and a posterior time of the time when the vehicle accident is generated, and obtains the option information including the information for passengers in the vehicle; an accident restructuring unit which estimates the type of the vehicle accident, and a current situation of the passengers in the vehicle based on the option information; and a rescue activity guideline generating unit which generates the rescue activity guideline based on the type of the vehicle accident and the current situation of the passengers in the vehicle. |
