The present invention relates to a lighting device. More specifically, the lighting device includes: a light emitting unit including an LED element and a circuit substrate on which the LED element is installed; a cover placed to surround the light emitting unit; and a base member combined with both longitudinal end parts of the cover to fix the circuit substrate. A dented part is formed on the circuit substrate, and a protruding part corresponding to a groove of the circuit substrate is formed on the base member. At this point, a socket is combined with both longitudinal end parts of the cover while covering at least one part of the base member. According to the lighting device, the socket is able to be combined with the end parts of the cover and the light emitting unit without the use of a combination member such as a bolt.
