The present invention relates to a paint composition for coating a concrete hume pipe and a steel pipe having excellent strength and tenacity, and to a construction method using the same, more specifically, which comprises: a main unit composed of a high functional group polyol, polyol derived from vegetable oil, polyoxy propylene amine, a cross-linking agent, a pigment, and an additive; and a hardener unit composed of at least one species of a mixture selected from polyol or polyamine, and an isocyanate mixture mixed with at least one species selected from hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HDT), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), cyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (H12MDI), methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI), and toluene diisocyanate (TDI). |
