The present invention relates to a providing system for reading a foreign language in chunks, and to a providing method for reading sentences written in a foreign language in chunks using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the providing system of the present invention comprises: a prediction model training part training a prediction model by using training corpus including voice and a text marked with signs to pause; a prediction part creating a predicted result on where to pause by using the trained prediction model and user articulation consisting of the text and the voice, and calculating a probability on the predicted result; a detection model training part carrying out a training on a detected model by using the training corpus; a detection part creating a detection result on where to pause by using the trained detection model and the user articulation, and calculating the probability on the detected result; and a feedback part comparing the predicted result and the detected result, and marking an outcome for reading in chunks by using the probability on the predicted result and the detected result.
