A method for manufacturing a pellet for a blast furnace is disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, the method for manufacturing a pellet for a blast furnace comprises: a mixing step of mixing a powdered fuel material, a binder material, and an MgO containing material with iron ore powder to produce a mixture; a molding step of adding water to the mixture to be molded into a pellet; and a prediction step of predicting a swelling index of the pellet based on a content of the pellet. |
