摘要 The present invention is provided with a plurality of nondestructive measurement devices for nondestructive measurement of the shape, temperature, and internal state of an analysis subject; a nondestructive measurement method selection function for selecting, from among the plurality of nondestructive measurement devices, at least one nondestructive measurement device to use for nondestructive measurement of the analysis subject; a display function for displaying the measurement data for the shape, temperature, and internal state of the analysis subject measured by the nondestructive measurement device selected by the nondestructive measurement method selection function; a sampling site setting function for setting, on the measurement data displayed by the display function, a sample collection position on the analysis subject; and an analysis method selection function for selecting, from among a plurality of analysis methods, at least one analysis method to be applied to the analysis subject sample set through the sampling site setting function. As a result, it is possible to determine a sampling location on fuel debris, rubble, or the like, and assist in the efficient determination of a subsequent analytical procedure.
