Disclosed are an image acquisition method and apparatus. The image acquisition method comprises: when an electronic device is identified to change to a specific device attitude by means of first specific movement, starting an image acquisition unit in the electronic device; monitoring whether the electronic device performs second specific movement with the specific device attitude; and when the electronic device is detected to perform the second specific movement with the specific device attitude, controlling the image acquisition unit to acquire and obtain at least a first image in movement time when the electronic device performs the second specific movement.
