The present invention relates to a stainless use steel (SUS) pouch film for a secondary battery which comprises: a stainless use steel (SUS) layer; a middle layer which is formed on a first surface of the stainless use steel layer and comprises polyolefin including at least one chlorine element in a main chain or a copolymer of polyolefin; and an inner layer which is formed on the middle layer.
