In the device, the visualization unit is in the form of a multimedia capacitive sensor display having a touchscreen surface with, built-in to same, a microprocessor-based control unit with an operating system and software, an image-formation unit, and a unit for processing incoming signals, which are connected to one another and to the touchscreen by means of a surface of a monitor; in addition, the control unit is capable of connecting to the Internet via a cable or via a wireless communication device; the memory unit is connected to the control unit and to the unit for processing incoming signals, and the image-formation unit includes at least one video camera which is built into the sensor monitor and at least one video camera which is outside of the sensor monitor; in addition, the touchscreen surface of the sensor display is covered in a film which, when the device is off, is a common mirror surface, and when the device is on, is a multimedia sensor monitor.
