The present system discloses a method to verify a calling party when placing a call to a recipient party, the method comprising receiving at an Application Program Interface (API) platform a request from a calling party for registration for the calling party verification, sending to the calling party, as a response to the request for registration, a first token associated at the API platform to the calling party, receiving at the API platform a request to set up a call, the request comprising a recipient party for the call, and a second token, and setting up a call to the recipient party, when there is a match between the first and second token. |
