[Problem] To provide a communication apparatus, a communication method and a program whereby both of the security and convenience of communications can be achieved in transmission of information. [Solution] A communication apparatus comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires information related to the position or external environment of the communication apparatus; and a control unit that, if the information acquired by the acquisition unit satisfies a predetermined condition, controls the transmission of information including first identification information of the communication apparatus. In addition, a communication method comprises: acquiring information related to the position or external environment of a communication apparatus; and, if the acquired information satisfies a predetermined condition, controlling the transmission of information including first identification information of the communication apparatus. |
