The present invention relates to a light emitting diode having light deflection. The present invention sends light emitted from a light emitting diode chip (30) to an optical path ″L″ of a desired direction, by a light deflection pattern which is formed on the upper surface (51) of a package molding part surrounding and protecting the light emitting diode chip (30) and deflects the optical path of light with a desired angle or a desired direction. Superior visibility can be obtained and the luminous intensity of a package molding part can be improved by controlling the direction of the light in a desired direction by splitting and condensing the light.
