The present invention relates to a nanostructured micro-electrode chip, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for growing a cell using the same and, more specifically, to a nanostructured micro-electrode chip having nanoscaled protrusions formed on a substrate in a topographic structure to grow cells in various topographic structures, and enabling research on reaction of neuron according to a topographic structure of various structures, to a method for manufacturing the same, and to a method for growing a cell using the same.
