According to the present invention, a head-mounted device comprises: a face plate in which one surface is faced to the user′s face; and a support unit coupled to at least a part of the face plate to fix the face plate to the user′s face. A cavity structure is formed on the other surface of the face plate so that an external electronic device is installed. At least one location adjustment unit is formed on at least one side of the face plate to adjust the location of the external electronic device.
