The present invention relates to a system and a method of manufacturing a vehicle body part with conflicting properties. The system of manufacturing a vehicle body part comprises: a cooling device, a heating device, and a mold. The cooling device cools a second processing portion excluding a first processing portion of an entire portion of a blank made of supper high strength steel. The heating device heats both the first and the second processing portion of the blank transported from the cooling device to increase a temperature of the first processing portion of the blank to or above an A_3 transformation point; and increases a temperature of the second processing portion of the blank to below the A_3 transformation point. The mold receives the blank from the heating device to shape the blank into a vehicle body part, and then quenches the shaped vehicle body part therein to harden the vehicle body part.
